EQUIPMENT RULES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer is responsible for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned and inspected by Thomsen Party Rentals.
Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
NO NAILS, STAPLES, SCREWS, TACKS, GLUE, PAINT, OR OTHER PERMANENT ADHESIVES/MATERIALS may be used on rental equipment.
Do not alter, modify, paint, decorate, cut, drill, or permanently attach anything to rental equipment without written permission from Thomsen Party Rentals.
Customer is responsible for protecting equipment from excessive weather exposure, water damage, fire, smoke, food/drink damage, pets, misuse, theft, loss, and other avoidable damage.
Customer is responsible for the actions of their guests, vendors, children, and anyone else using or handling the rental equipment during the rental period.
Customer must provide a safe and reasonably accessible location for delivery, setup, and pickup.
Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, except for normal reasonable use.

DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT FEES APPLY.

Customer agrees to pay the reasonable documented cost of repair, cleaning, restoration, or replacement if rental equipment is:

Broken
Damaged
Stained or excessively dirty
Missing
Lost
Stolen
Destroyed
Returned with missing parts or accessories
Damaged because of unauthorized alterations or improper use

Charges may include reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, parts, labor, and directly related costs. All applicable charges will be based on the reasonable documented cost of repair, restoration, cleaning, or replacement, as permitted by applicable law.

LATE RETURN POLICY

Equipment must be returned or made available for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in a late fee equal to the standard cost of the equipment for a full day, or the reasonable additional rental cost caused by the delay, as applicable. Extensions must be approved by Thomsen Party Rentals before the original return time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental is due at the time of reservation and will be applied toward your rental. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental starts. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel before the 48-hour deadline. If you cancel after the 48-hour deadline, Thomsen Party Rentals will keep the deposit.

DELIVERY & SETUP

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure the setup area is ready, clear, and reasonably safe at the scheduled time. Thomsen Party Rentals may refuse or stop setup when conditions are unsafe or when setup would reasonably risk damage to the equipment or property.
